Castor & Wheel Rotation Tester is used for castor and wheel dynamic rotation testing and static testing 

according to BS EN 12527, EN 1335, DIN 4551, DIN 68878, NEN 1812, and BIFMA X5.1, load controlled with 

loading pad.

The castor or wheel can be tested individually by installed with fixture offered that simulate the working state.

The pneumatic test axis has its own controller assembled in the immediate vicinity, which is operated

from a PLC controller, which can carry up to 2 test axes.

Included:

l 1 framework with traverse member and base plate 1200 x 1200mm, 12mm thick , galvanised steel,

l with screwed on stiffening, drill pattern with thread M10; moveable and vibration-reduced

l 1 electromotive test axis for the rotation of the turning knob, position-controlled, rotation angle +/-

l 360°

l 1 pneumatic test axis for seat, load controlled, piston diameter 80mm, stroke 500mm, test load up to 2500N,

 load cell 5kN. Load is transmitted vertically to the seat with lateral adjusting range.

l 1 load pad diameter 200mm for seat according to DIN EN 1335, clamp

l Operating pressure and cylinder limit switch control

l 1 emergency stop button on each test axis

l Clamping device for X-base

l Number of cycles and load can be set arbitrarily in the PLC controller

l Extensive evaluation and logging of test and results

l 1 supply terminal for 2 test axes, The supply terminal is used as a connector for up to 2 test axes. The 

 cables for connecting the test axes are built-in. Furthermore it contains a central emergency stop, which can shut

 off all axes in a hazardous situation. The air conditioning consisting of filter, switch-onvalve

l and distributor is also situated on the supply terminal. The test axes can be attached via hoses with

l quick disconnect couplers.
